ok so week 2 was a huge failure, I am still very weak. Starting Friday night I just gave in to every single food offering. I was too embarrassed to post my meals. Next week is a pure set up for failure as well. I’ll be on my yearly vacation…So Week 4 is when I’m really going to get back on track. There is one thing I will promise and that is to keep on eating like a human through my vacation…sure i’m going to eat what i want…my goal will be just not to over eat.
