FAIL – 262 lbs

ok so week 2 was a huge failure, I am still very weak. Starting Friday night I just gave in to every single food offering. I was too embarrassed to post my meals. Next week is a pure set up for failure as well. I’ll be on my yearly vacation…So Week 4 is when I’m really going to get back on track. There is one thing I will promise and that is to keep on eating like a human through my vacation…sure i’m going to eat what i want…my goal will be just not to over eat.

i think i did better last week, I’m kind of disappointing in myself…only the scale will tell the truth.

SwedishFish
So because of the naughty dinner we decided not to go to Rita’s Water ice and try the newest craze, Swedish Fish flavored water ice. I even hear they give you a mini bag of Swedish Fish man that sounds good…Swedish Fish water ice will probably be the reason I have a salad for lunch tomorrow. But not only did I pass up the water ice, I also passed on round two of Yogurt Sundae’s and went with a Grapefruit and some mango for dessert.

I broke down at dinner time, Chicken Caesar hoagie man was it good. See I thought the chicken was going to be grilled but it was a chicken cutlet and I ate the whole thing anyway. I said to myself, I did good this week and today is the first day I’ll just do really good tomorrow…HA, exactly what I said I wouldn’t say to myself.

Half of a sandwich, I didn’t like it.
2x Slices of Rye Bread
3x Slices of very rare roast beef lunch meat
2x Slices of Cheddar cheese
Lettuce and Tomato

CHIPS for sure, one day I’ll tour this wonderful place.
